China Garden Restaurant

You will find China Garden Restaurant inside Ganesh Tower in Kalyan City. We are very close to Ganesh Garden, which is a nice place where people go for walks in the evening. Being in a tower means we have other businesses around us, and it can get a bit loud in the hallways. Our restaurant is a straightforward place. We have a few more tables than some of the smaller shops nearby. The decor is just plain walls and some simple overhead lights. We don't believe in spending much on fancy furniture. The kitchen is where we spend almost all of our time. It is a loud place with the sound of the exhaust fan and the clanging of metal spoons against the woks. We start our prep work before noon, getting everything chopped and ready. The floor is a dark stone that hides the scuffs from people's shoes. We have a big window that looks out towards the garden area, which is nice when the sun starts to set. Our customers are mostly regulars who live in the tower or nearby buildings. We don't have a big menu, just the things we know how to make well. It is a routine that we have followed for years. We open the doors, cook the food, and then clean up everything once the last customer has gone home for the night. It is just how we run things here.
