China Garden Chinese

China Garden Chinese is situated on the ground floor off Santoshi Mata Road in Kalyan City. We are right opposite Lords School and next to the Treehouse Playgroup and Nursery. Because of the schools, there are always kids and parents walking past our door. It makes the area feel very lively during the day. The ground floor spot is convenient because people don't have to climb any stairs to get to us. Our shop is a basic setup. We have a counter where we take orders and a kitchen in the back that stays pretty busy. We spend a lot of our time prepping ingredients like cabbage and carrots. Kalyan can get quite dusty, so we are constantly wiping down the tables and the front window. The interior is simple with some basic chairs and a tile floor that we mop every morning. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or have a big sign with lights. It is just a local spot for a quick meal. Most of the people who eat here are parents waiting for their children or teachers taking a break. We have a small sink in the corner for people to wash their hands. The staff is just a few local guys who have been with us for a bit. We don't talk much, we just focus on getting the food cooked and the orders cleared out before the next rush.
