China Castle

China Castle is located at Shop No 4 in Thane West. We are pretty close to Sumer Castle, which is a big landmark that helps people find us when they are walking around the area. Thane has changed a lot over the years, and the traffic outside our door seems to get heavier every single month. Our shop is a small one, just a basic room where we do all the cooking and serving. We usually open up the shutters around mid-morning. The first thing we do is check the supplies and start the prep work. It is a lot of cutting and dicing before the first customer even shows up. The floor is made of old tiles that have a few cracks here and there, but we keep them clean. We have a few small tables for people who want to sit down, but many folks just take their food and go home. The afternoon sun hits the front of the shop quite hard, so we keep the shade down most of the time. It is mostly a quiet routine for us. We know the shopkeepers next door and we talk to them when things are slow. There isn't much to say about the decor because there isn't much of it. We just have the menu on the wall and the sound of the kitchen in the back. It stays busy enough to keep us on our feet until we lock up late at night.
