We are based at 101 in the Arcadia Complex, which sits inside Hiranandani Estate on Ghodbunder Road in Thane West. It is a well-known spot in the Patlipada area. We have been in this complex for quite a while now. It is a good place to be because there are always people around, whether they live in the estate or work in one of the nearby offices. Our space is not very large and we do not have any fancy interior design. We just focus on keeping the place clean and functional for everyone who visits. Most of our customers are locals who live right here in Hiranandani Estate. They stop by for a meal or a quick break during their busy day. We do not spend time on marketing or trying to sound like a big corporation. It is just a simple operation run by people who care about what they do. The Arcadia Complex gets a lot of foot traffic, so we see a good mix of regular faces and new people. Ghodbunder Road is almost always crowded with traffic, but once you are inside the estate, things feel a little more relaxed. We like being a part of this community in Thane West. It is a practical business and we just do our work day in and day out. If you are walking through the complex, you will find us easily enough among the other shops.
