Chavan and Dhaware is our company, and you can find our office in Thane. We are located in Kalwa West, specifically at Shivratna Park in Dattawadi. Our space is in Flat No. 403. It is a regular residential building, so it does not feel like a typical office. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded. We focus on infrastructure projects, which means we are often dealing with big, complex plans. But in the office, we keep things very simple. We have a few desks, some cabinets for our files, and a small area where we can sit and talk with people. We do not use any corporate slogans or try to sound like a giant multinational. We are just local people who understand how to build things. Most of our work is done out in the field, so the office is mainly for the administrative side of things. Managing infrastructure takes a lot of patience and attention to detail. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everything is arriving at the sites on time. Thane is a busy place, and getting around can be a challenge, but we are used to the pace by now. We just want to do a good job on every project we take on and keep things moving forward without any unnecessary fuss.
