Chamunda Bhojnalaya

Our bhojnalaya is in the Wagle Industrial Estate in Thane West. Specifically, we are on Road No 26 in Jai Bhavani Nagar. The shop is numbered Z 32. It’s a very industrial part of Thane, so there are factories and small workshops everywhere you look. We are situated right opposite the Shiv Sena Shakha, which is a big local landmark. Most of the people who eat here are workers from the nearby industrial units who just want a quick, filling meal during their break. Because it's a bhojnalaya, we keep the menu very limited and traditional. It's hot in the kitchen, and since we are in an industrial area, the air outside is usually thick with the sounds of machinery and trucks. We don't have air conditioning or fancy furniture. It's just wooden benches and tables where people sit down and eat. We've been here in Thane 400604 for a good while now. The routine is the same every day. We start cooking early in the morning so everything is ready by the time the noon whistles blow at the factories. It's a humble business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with decor. We just provide food for the people working hard in the estate. If you are looking for Z 32 on Road No 26, just look for the Shakha and you will find us.
