CBS BUILDCON LLP

We are over at CBS BUILDCON LLP, located up on the 14th floor of the Clayton building. If you know the Hiranandani Estate in Thane, you know it is quite a busy place. Our office is in Rodas Enclave, specifically room 1402. Being in Patlipada means we see a lot of traffic and people moving around every day. It is a decent spot to work from. We handle our day-to-day business right here in Maharashtra. Most of our time is spent looking at plans and making sure things are moving forward like they should. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular office where we get things done. Sometimes the lifts take a while because the building is big, but we manage. People here know us as the local team that stays busy. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just us and our desks. If you are ever near Hiranandani Estate, you might pass by our building without thinking much of it. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the work at hand. Thane has changed a lot lately, and being in a place like Clayton puts us right in the middle of all that growth. We just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork and coordination from this address. It is a practical place for a business like ours, nothing more and nothing less.
