We’ve been operating out of the fifth floor in Arora Towers for a while now. It’s right there on Moledina Road in Pune, so the traffic outside is pretty much what you’d expect for this part of town. Our office, number 520, is usually filled with the sound of phones and people talking over blueprints. Buildsworth Greenhome Llp isn't some fancy corporate giant; it's just a bunch of us trying to get the job done right. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the schedules for the week. The building has its quirks, and sometimes the lift takes forever, but we like being here. It’s central and everyone knows where Arora Towers is. On most days, you’ll find our desks covered in folders and various drawings because there’s always something to coordinate. We handle a lot of the back-office stuff here, making sure the supplies are ordered and the workers know where they need to be. It’s not always quiet, and things can get a bit messy when deadlines are close, but that’s just how a real office works. We don't have big speeches or fancy posters on the walls about goals. We just come in, do the work, and head home to our families. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and being in the heart of Pune keeps us busy and connected to what’s happening in the city every day.
