Our office is right there in Mira Road East, specifically Office Number 1 at Asmita Orient. It's near the Asmita Club in Vasai, Thane. Buildmax Realties is a small operation. We spend a lot of our time looking at properties and figuring out the best way to handle real estate projects in this part of Maharashtra. Mira Road has changed a lot since we first started seeing the buildings go up around here. It's a crowded area but there’s a lot of energy. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporate entity because we aren't one. We are just people who know the local market and how to get through the local regulations. Working in real estate and construction means dealing with a lot of different people every day. Some days are good, some are just full of phone calls and paperwork. We try to be practical about everything. We don't promise things we can't do. We just look at the site, look at the plans, and try to make progress bit by bit. The office at Asmita Orient is our home base where we keep our records and meet with contractors. It’s a straightforward place for a straightforward business. We know the 401107 area well, and we’ve seen it grow from the ground up. We’re just glad to be working in our own neighborhood and being part of the community here. It’s hard work, but we like seeing things get finished properly.
