We are Bruno Contractors And Services LLP, and you can find us at Dosti Vihar on Kores Road. Our office is in the Vijeta B Wing, up on the 2901 flat. It is a high floor, so we see a lot of Vartak Nagar from up here. We are mostly into contracting work. That means a lot of coordination between different trades. We spend our mornings checking on materials and our afternoons making sure the guys on-site are following the plan. It is a lot of logistics. Sometimes things go smooth and other days a truck breaks down and everything gets delayed. We do not try to hide that; it is just how construction and services go. We have been in Thane for a while and we know the local suppliers quite well. It helps to have those connections when you need something in a hurry. Our office is not full of fancy furniture. It is mostly files, samples of tiles or paint, and a big table for meetings. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just take on a contract and try to finish it the right way. It is a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth. Vartak Nagar is a good spot for us because it is central to a lot of our project locations. We just keep moving forward. The building is quiet enough that we can actually think.
