Bombay Duck

We've been here in Thane for a bit now, right on Pokhran Road No 1 across from Cosmos Hills. Most people know the spot near Upvan. It's just a regular place where we cook the food we like. It gets busy on weekends with the local crowd. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the kitchen running and making sure the tables are clean for whoever walks in. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud but that’s just how it is around here in Thane West. We start early to get things ready for the day. It’s a lot of work running a restaurant in this part of town but we manage. People stop by after work or when they’re out for a walk near the hills. We don't have a big team, just a few of us doing the cooking and serving. The menu is what it is, some stuff people order every single time they come in. We try to keep things consistent so you know what you’re getting when you walk through the door. It's not a huge place, but there’s enough room to sit down and eat without feeling too cramped. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings coming up and more cars on the road every month. Still, we’re right here in the same spot, doing what we do every day. It's a simple life but it keeps us busy.
