Bombay Barbeque

We are over at the DEV Corpora building on Pokhran Road 1. It’s near Cadbury Junction in Thane West. We have shops 3, 4, and 5. It’s a decent sized space for what we do. We do a lot of grilling and stuff like that. The kitchen stays pretty hot most of the time. We’ve been in this part of Panch Pakhadi for some time now. People come in after work or on the weekends with their families and friends. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the dining room. The tables are sturdy and the chairs are okay. It gets a bit smoky sometimes because of the way we cook, but that's expected. We just want to serve food that tastes alright. We aren't trying to win any fancy awards or anything. The crew works hard to keep the place running. It’s a busy area of Thane, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. We just stay focused on what’s happening inside. Sometimes we have a bit of a wait for a table, but we try to get people seated as fast as we can. It’s just a regular restaurant. Nothing more to it. We show up, do the work, and go home. That’s how it works here every single day. If you are near the junction, you will probably see our sign on the building. We just keep our heads down and cook.
