We've been operating out of Mira Road East for a while now, specifically tucked away in B-16 over at Yamuna Shrishti. It is a busy part of the Shrishti Complex in Sector 3. People often ask what we actually do day-to-day, and mostly it is just a lot of paperwork and planning for various infrastructure tasks that need doing. It's not the most glamorous office in the world, but it works for us. We've got our small team here, and usually, the kettle is on if someone stops by. Dealing with construction and technical projects takes up most of our hours. Sometimes the traffic around Mira Road gets a bit much during rush hour, so we try to get in early. Our spot in the CHS building is pretty quiet, which helps when we need to focus on site drawings or budget sheets. It isn't a huge operation, just a handful of us trying to keep things moving forward. We don't have fancy brochures or a front desk person. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. Things get messy with all the files sometimes. That's just how it goes when you're busy with actual work. We've been in this Sector 3 area for some time and know the neighborhood well. It's a decent place to run a business from. Most of our work happens out on site anyway, so this office is really just the home base where we organize the logistics and handle the billing.
