Our shop is at G21 in the Sailesh Industrial Complex on Sativali Road. It’s easy to find because we are right opposite the Hyundai showroom in Vasai East. We spend our time working on machines. It’s a hands-on kind of place. The floor is usually busy with tools and parts being moved around. We aren't the type of people to sit in meetings all day; we’d rather be out there fixing something or making sure the equipment is running right. The air in the complex is always full of the smell of metal and grease. It’s been our home for quite a while now. We deal with various mechanical issues and assembly tasks. It’s not always clean work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We don't bother with fancy descriptions of what we do. People come to us when they have a problem with their machinery or need something built. We just take a look and get to work. Sometimes we stay late when a job is tougher than we thought. It’s just the nature of working with machines in a place like this. We appreciate the straightforwardness of the industrial life here in 401208. It’s about being practical and getting things finished so they actually work when they leave our doors. There is always some grease on the floor and a lot of work to be done before we can call it a day.
