Bityavon

Bityavon is tucked away in Shop No 3 at Shivneri Compound in Thane West. We are situated right behind R Mall in the Mamorma Nagar area. It is a quiet corner compared to the main road. We opened this place because we wanted to have something of our own in the neighborhood. Most of our days are spent in the kitchen or chatting with the neighbors who stop by. The space is small, but it works for us. We do not have a big team, just a few people making sure everything runs okay. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to scramble to get things ready, but that is part of running a small business. We like being in Thane West. It has a specific feel to it. People often find us while walking back from the mall or the local shops. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when we are busy prepping in the back. There is no big philosophy here; we just cook and serve what we have on the menu. We have been here for some time now and have seen the neighborhood change a bit. The address is pretty straightforward if you know where Shivneri Compound is. We are usually around if you need anything. It is just a regular local shop where we put in our hours every day. Nothing more and nothing less. It is a steady life for us here.
