Our office is situated in the Jay Sudhanshu Chambers Co-Op Housing Society. We are in Flat No-A/528 on the 5th Floor, right on Shiwaji Path in Kalyan. It’s a busy part of Thane district and there is always something happening outside. Being on the fifth floor means we get a bit of a climb or a wait for the lift, but it’s where we’ve set up our home base. We work as realtors, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or walking through properties with all sorts of people. The office is often full of folders, maps of the local area, and keys. We aren't a big, polished agency with a fancy lobby and a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us in a regular housing society building. We know Kalyan and the surrounding areas pretty well because we live and work here. We don't go in for fancy sales pitches or high-pressure tactics. We just show people what’s actually available and help them through the confusing paperwork. Sometimes things get complicated with local regulations, but we just figure it out as we go. It’s a local business run by local people who care about the neighborhood. We’ve been on Shiwaji Path for a while now and we like the rhythm of the place. It’s not always a smooth ride in the real estate world, but we just keep at it. People know where to find us.
