Bhumi Construction Llp is a small operation based out of Shop No 1 on Plot 51 in Sector 4A, Koparkhairane. It’s right in the heart of Navi Mumbai. Being in a shop-front rather than a high-rise office means we see a lot of the local life passing by every day. We do construction work, mostly small to medium projects around the Raigarh area. It’s hard work and it isn't always pretty. Most mornings start with a quick meeting at the shop before we head out to whatever site we are working on that month. We deal with the usual headaches of the trade, like rain stopping the work or a supplier being late with the cement. We don't have any big marketing team or a fancy website. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or just by seeing our shop in the neighborhood. We’ve been here in Koparkhairane for a bit and we've seen the area grow quite a bit over the last few years. There’s a lot of new construction happening, which keeps us busy. Our office space is simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of rolled-up plans. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. Construction is never as fast as people want it to be, but we just keep plugging away at it day by day. We're just regular people trying to do a solid job on every project.
