We are located over at Runwal Estate, near Manpada on GB Road. Our office is in Flat 502, Building E7. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is out, but usually, it’s fine. We focus on facade work and infrastructure. It’s a specific kind of job that requires a lot of attention to how buildings look on the outside. We’ve been working in the Thane area for a while now. GB Road is always packed with traffic, so getting to sites can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just leave early to beat the rush. The office is pretty simple. We have our computers and a big table for looking at drawings. It’s not some polished corporate space. There are usually coffee cups and papers everywhere. We are just a group of people who like the technical side of building. Facades are tricky because you have to get the materials just right. We’ve had days where things didn't go as planned, but that's just part of the construction world. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just talk to people and get the work done. Being in a residential estate like Runwal means it stays relatively peaceful compared to the main road. We like it that way. It gives us a chance to actually think about the projects we are handling.
