Our place, Simco Developers, is situated at Survey No. 5 on the Bhiwandi Vasai Road. We are quite close to Oswal Park in the Narpoli area. It is a busy industrial and residential corridor, so there is always a lot of movement outside our doors. The Bhiwandi Vasai Road gets a lot of trucks and heavy vehicles, so it can be quite noisy during the day. We have our office set up here to be close to the projects we are working on. It is not a polished corporate office with marble floors. It is more of a working site office where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the ground, looking at construction and talking to workers and suppliers. Narpoli is a growing area, and being near Oswal Park makes us easy to find for anyone coming from the main road. We have been around this area for a good bit of time now. Our day usually starts early and ends late, depending on what is happening at the sites. We handle the development side of things, so there is always some problem to solve or some plan to check. We aren't into big marketing speeches. We just focus on the building part and making sure the structures are solid. It is hard work, but we like seeing things being built from the ground up.
