Bhavna Pure Veg

If you go to Talao Pali in Thane, you will find us. We are at Shop No 54 in the Naupada area. It is a very busy spot because of the lake. People go for walks and then they want something to eat. We are near Chintamani Jewellers. We decided to keep it pure veg because that is what we know best. We do not use any meat in our kitchen, not even by mistake. We have a small place. Most of our customers are regulars who live around Jambhali Naka. They stop by for a quick bite. We make our own chutneys every morning. You can hear the mixer going from the street. It is a simple setup with a few stools and a counter. We do not have a waiter system. You just tell us what you want and we give it to you. The evening rush is the hardest. The lake breeze is nice but it brings a lot of people. We try to keep the place clean, but with so many feet coming in, it is a constant job. We do not have a big menu. Just a few items that we can make well. We buy the vegetables from the local market nearby. We like to see the produce ourselves before buying. It is a small shop but it is our life. We have been in Naupada for a long time and the shop feels like a second home now.
