We are located in the Naupada area of Thane, specifically inside the Lokmanya Co-operative Housing Society. Our office is in B-102, which is right on Veer Savarkar Path. If you know the neighborhood at all, you will probably recognize that we are very close to the Gajanan Mandir. It is a busy part of town with a lot of local history and activity. Being based inside a housing society means we are right in the middle of the very community we work for. The 400602 zip code is where we carry out most of our daily business activities. We focus on construction and various building tasks, mostly dealing with the practical side of developing properties. Our office isn’t very large, just enough room for a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets. We really like the local vibe here in Naupada. There is almost always someone stopping by the door to have a quick chat or to ask us a question about a local project. We don’t use much of that fancy corporate language; we just tell people the truth about how things are going. Building in an established place like Thane has its own set of challenges, like dealing with very tight spaces and crowded streets, but we have learned how to manage. We aren’t some big, faceless company from out of town. We are just a small team of local people who know their way around a site.
