Best Choice Restaurant sits right on Tandan Road in the Tilak Nagar area of Dombivli East. We are directly opposite Om Hospital and that Flex Gym, so there are always people moving around outside our doors. It’s a lively part of Thane to be in. The restaurant itself is a place where we spend a lot of time in the kitchen and at the front counter. It’s a lot of work keeping a food place running in such a busy spot. We’re constantly dealing with the morning rush and then the evening crowd coming from the gym or the hospital. The staff here are just local folks who know the area well. We don’t have a fancy corporate office or anything like that; we just have our kitchen and the tables. Sometimes the rain makes things a bit messy on Tandan Road, but we just mop the floors and keep going. We try to keep the atmosphere honest and down-to-earth. You won’t find any big fancy speeches here, just people cooking and serving. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the traffic and the sirens from the hospital across the street.
