We are over in Vashi, in Sector 17. The office for Beracah Developers Llp is inside the Himachal Co-Op Housing Society. We are in building C-12, on the 4th floor. Navi Mumbai is a bit different from the main city, and we like the vibe here. It is a bit more spread out. We focus on development projects. It is a lot of planning and checking in on sites. Our office feels more like a home office since it is in a housing society, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed. We are not corporate types in suits. Most days we are in casual clothes because we might need to head out to a construction site at any moment. Dealing with the housing society rules and the local Thane authorities is just part of the job. We have our routine—tea in the morning, then going through the project files. We have been in this part of Vashi for a good bit now. People know us as the folks in C-12. We do not do much advertising; most people just find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. It is a small, dedicated team. We just want to get the buildings finished and move on to the next one. That is how it goes here at Beracah Developers. It is not always easy, but we get it done eventually.
