BEIGE EARTH CONSTRUCTION LLP

Our workplace is Unit 26 in Building 2 of the Millennium Business Park in Mahape. It’s a huge complex, but we’re tucked away in Sector 1. We do construction work, which mostly involves being out on sites across Navi Mumbai, but this is where we do the planning. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. We aren't the type to wear suits or use a lot of corporate jargon. We’d rather be on a construction site than in a meeting room. Mahape is a good location because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We take on various building projects and try to see them through to the end. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks, like talking to suppliers and checking on the workers. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic, but we’ve learned to deal with the stress. We don’t have any fancy slogans or anything. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Millennium Business Park can be a bit overwhelming with so many offices, but we like the atmosphere of everyone being busy. If you’re looking for us, we’re usually there during the day, unless we’re out checking on a foundation or a roof. We keep things straightforward and don't try to sugarcoat the challenges of construction. It's just a regular LLP doing its job.
