Our office is actually inside a flat, number 35/3, in the Kinjal Apartment building. It is on the second floor in Rabodi, which is part of Shivaji Nagar in Thane West. Since we are in an apartment, it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have set up desks in the main rooms and use the kitchen for our lunch breaks. It’s a busy area of Thane, so there is always noise from the street below, especially during rush hour. We deal with various corporate tasks and management from here. It is a bit of a squeeze when we have everyone in the office at once, but we make it work. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs to the second floor. We don't have a big sign outside, so people usually have to look at the buzzer to find us. It’s a simple way of doing things without the high costs of a big glass office building. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people over the phone. Most of the neighbors are families, so we try to keep things quiet in the hallway. It is just a small group of us working through the day, making sure all the files are in order and the emails are answered. It's a bit cramped, but we are used to it.
