You can find us on Manpada Road. It’s a pretty busy stretch of road, and there’s always something going on outside our doors. Rotex Mfrs. & Engineers (P) Ltd. has been based here for a while, and the building has seen its fair share of work. It’s an engineering shop at heart, so don’t expect everything to be shiny and new. There’s usually a bit of grease on the floor and the smell of metal in the air, which is just how it is when you’re making things. We have a small group of workers who show up early every morning to get the machines warmed up. The noise can be a bit much for some people, but for us, it’s just the sound of the workday starting. Manpada Road itself has changed quite a bit, with more shops and traffic than there used to be, making it a bit harder to load the trucks sometimes. We don't really have a big fancy sign or a polished showroom. Most people who come here already know what we do and what we’re about. It’s a practical environment. We focus on the engineering side of things and making sure the parts are right. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting around talking about whatever is on the news or local gossip. It’s a very grounded way of working, with no corporate buzzwords or complicated hierarchies to worry about. Just a straightforward engineering company doing its thing day in and day out.
