We sit here in Thane, over in Janak Deep Society. It's a busy spot in Brindavan Complex, right in the middle of Thane West. Mostly we just get to work and do what needs doing every day. People come in, sit at their desks, and handle the design stuff. The weather here gets quite sticky in the monsoon, but we manage. We've been at this address for a while now. It isn't a massive glass building or anything fancy, just a regular office space where things get done. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, especially during rush hour, but you get used to it after a month or so. We don't really do big meetings with those fancy slides and laser pointers. It’s more about checking the drawings and making sure the numbers work out right. Lunch breaks usually happen at the desks or someone brings some snacks from the shops nearby. We know each other's names and families, and we talk about normal things like the local train delays. It feels like a small place even if the work goes to bigger projects. We just try to keep things moving and not overcomplicate what we do. If a mistake happens, we just fix it and carry on. That's just how it goes here. Nothing too special to say, really. We are just a group of people working together in this part of town, trying to do an honest job.
