The office at Bechtel is not very big, but it has a good view of the hill, which is nice when things get stressful. We have been here for a few years now. It is a pretty straightforward place. We have some desks, a lot of files, and a water cooler that always seems to be running out. Kalyan W is a busy area, but being up on Godrej Hill makes it feel a bit more peaceful. We don’t have any marketing people or anyone to make us look more important than we are. We are just a small team doing our daily work. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don’t need many rules. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we stay late to finish up, and other times we leave a bit early if the work is light. We don’t use any fancy corporate language or have big meetings. It is just an honest, local business. We like the simple life we have here in the Onyx building.
