We are over here at C-4 in Bhalla Nagar, right on the Kalyan Shil Road. Most people know the spot because we’re near the Lalit Weigh Bridge in Dombivili West. It’s a busy part of town. Our workshop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place where we get the job done every day. Austin Engineering has been in this spot for a while now. You can hear the machines running from the street. The traffic on the road is pretty constant, especially with the trucks going to the weigh bridge. We start early most mornings when it's still a bit cool. By noon, the sun hits the metal roof and it gets pretty warm inside. We just focus on our tasks. There’s always grease on someone’s hands and a lot of noise from the tools. It’s honest work. We don't spend time on big speeches or making the front office look like a hotel. It’s an engineering shop, plain and simple. Most of the guys here live nearby so we all know the area well. If you’re coming down Kalyan Shil Road, you’ll see the sign. It’s a practical setup. We handle whatever comes through the door. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain is too loud on the roof to talk, but we keep moving. That’s just how it is for us in Dombivili.
