BB INNOVATIVE HOMES LLP

Our office is up on the 12th floor of the Fairmount building in Sanpada. It is unit 1206, and we’re right there in Sector 17, which is a pretty active part of Navi Mumbai. Being in Thane district, we get a lot of people coming through for different reasons. BB INNOVATIVE HOMES LLP is basically just a group of us who focus on residential spaces. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just trying to put together houses that make sense for the people living in them. The view from the office is alright, but mostly we are looking at blueprints or computer screens. It can get a little hectic when we have a few different things going on at once. We don't have a fancy corporate structure here. It's more about sitting around the desk, figuring out the budget, and making sure the contractors are actually showing up when they said they would. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and sometimes the elevator takes forever, but we manage. We aren't really the type to use big words or pretend we are bigger than we are. We just take the work as it comes and try to handle the logistics of home building without making it too complicated. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. If someone stops by, they’ll usually find us knee-deep in paperwork or debating about a specific layout for a new kitchen or a living room. We just keep plugging away at the daily tasks.
