Bayosha Hair Cutting Salon

We are located in Gopinath Apartment on Thana College Road in Thane West. It’s a pretty busy area because of the college students walking up and down all day long. We are right near the Damodar Building, which is a big landmark for people who live around here. The shop isn't very large, but we make it work with what we have. I remember when I first moved into this space, it was totally empty. Now it’s full of chairs, mirrors, and all the tools we need. We get a lot of younger guys from the college who want different styles, but we also have older men who have lived in the apartment complex for years. The atmosphere is usually quite relaxed. We have a small radio playing in the corner, mostly just news or old songs. Thane can be quite rainy, so we spend a lot of time mopping the floor when people come in with wet shoes. The chairs are comfortable enough, though the leather is getting a bit thin on the armrests. We don't have a big sign outside, just a simple board with the name on it. It’s a family-run thing, and we take pride in just doing a steady job every day. It feels good to be part of the local community here near the college. We see the same faces every month and it makes the work feel less like a chore.
