Our office is actually inside a residential building, Shubham Palace in Hanuman Nagar. It’s up on the fourth floor, flat 402. We decided to keep the office in Kalyan East because it’s where we live and work. It’s not a fancy commercial building with elevators that always work, but it gets the job done for us. We do engineering and construction work mostly around this part of the outskirts. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even though we’re a private limited company on paper. Most of our meetings happen at the dining table or the small desk we crammed into the spare room. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of engineers and some site supervisors who drop in to report. Kalyan is growing fast, so there is always some work to do. We prefer it this way, keeping overhead low so we can just focus on the buildings. Sometimes the neighbors wonder about all the people coming in and out with blueprints, but it’s a quiet operation mostly. We don't do any big advertising or have a website with flashy photos. People in Hanuman Nagar just know we’re here if they need something built or fixed. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a big office. We just drink our tea, look at the plans, and head out to the sites. It’s how we keep things going year after year without any fuss.
