You can find us over at Saroj Plaza CHS, in room 103A. We are situated on the 150 Feet Road in Bhayandar West. It's a pretty busy area, especially since we're so close to Maxus Mall. People use that as a landmark to find us all the time. Balmukend Construction is a small setup. We don't have a huge staff or a flashy showroom. We just have our office where we handle the paperwork for our various construction sites. Most of our work is right here in the local area. Bhayandar has grown so much lately, and we've been trying to keep up with the demand for new spaces. It’s a lot of coordination with builders and laborers. We spend our mornings checking on projects and our afternoons here in the office. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. The 150 Feet Road gets quite loud with all the traffic, but we’re used to the noise by now. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the site, look at the budget, and see what can be built. Sometimes it takes longer than expected, but that's how construction goes. We like being near the mall because it's easy for people to give directions to our place. We're just local folks trying to build decent structures for the community here in Bhayandar.
