We are the Panvelkar Group. Our main office is at 1/Sai Krupa, which is in Kulgaon, Badlapur East. We’ve been working in this part of the world for quite a long time. Our office isn't in a big shiny tower. It’s just a regular ground-floor space in the Sai Krupa building. Badlapur has grown a lot since we started, and we’ve seen it change from a quiet suburb to a busy town. We spend most of our time out on our building sites, so if you come by the office, it might just be one person there handling the phones. We don't go in for fancy talk or corporate slogans. We just try to build decent homes for people. Dealing with cement, bricks, and labor is a daily grind, but it’s what we do. We know most of the people around Kulgaon by name. Our office is a place where we do all the hard work of planning and sorting out documents. It can get a bit messy with all the blueprints and files everywhere. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do a good job here in Badlapur. If you are looking for us, just head to the East side and look for our building. We are usually there from morning until late evening, trying to keep our projects on track.
