Baba Developers JBRS LLP is based in Mira Road East. We have a small shop, number 13, in the B-65 building of Jaydeep Shantinagar CHS. It's right in Shanti Nagar Sector 1. It’s a local neighborhood business. We work on development projects, mostly around Thane and Mira Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of people moving in, so there is always some kind of building work happening. Our shop is where we meet and handle the paperwork. It’s not a huge office, just a basic place to get things done. We’ve lived and worked around here for years, so we know the streets and the people. Developing property is a lot of back and forth with the authorities and making sure everything is square. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know what we’re doing. Sometimes the work is slow and other times it’s frantic. We take it as it comes. People just drop by the shop if they need to talk to us. We don't go in for big advertisements or polished websites. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the community. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Being in Shanti Nagar is good for us because we’re close to everything we need. We just do our thing and try to keep everyone happy. That is pretty much the whole story of us.
