We’ve been here at G B Road in Anand Nagar-Kasarvadavali for a while now. Most people know us because we’re right near Muchala College. It’s a busy part of Thane, and we see a lot of students and folks heading home from work. B29 isn’t a fancy place, just a spot where you can grab something to eat and sit for a bit. We started this because we wanted to have a local place where the neighbors could feel comfortable. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the college lets out, but that’s just how it is around here. The shop is small but we keep it tidy. We handle the cooking and the cleaning ourselves mostly. If you’re walking toward Anand Nagar, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s nothing special, just a regular place. We try to keep the food consistent so you know what you’re getting every time you walk in. Usually, it’s just one or two of us behind the counter. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we opened, but we’re still here doing the same thing every day. People come in, say hello, and go about their business. That’s the way we like it. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on GB Road, just a reliable one for the folks who live and work nearby. Stop by if you’re in the neighborhood, we’re usually around most of the day.
