The mall is located in the Majiwada area of Thane West, and the pincode is 400601. Being inside a mall like Viviana means things are always pretty hectic. There are constantly people coming in for movies or shopping, especially on the weekends. We are up on the second floor where all the food places are grouped together. It’s a loud, busy environment with lots of different smells and sounds from the other stalls. We’ve been here since the mall became a big spot for folks in Thane. It’s a bit different from having a shop on the street because everything is climate-controlled and polished, but we try to keep our own way of doing things. The mornings are quiet while the mall staff cleans up, and then the lunch rush starts and doesn't really stop until late at night. We just focus on our small corner at unit 14. We don't have any big, fancy goals written on the walls; we just make sure we are ready when the hunger sets in for the shoppers. It’s a lot of standing and moving around in a tight space, but that’s the life of a food court stall. We are just one part of the huge crowd at Viviana Mall in Majiwada. It’s a busy life but we like the pace here and we just keep it going until closing time.
