We've been at Mandlai Wadi for a while now. Most people know the spot near Pole No. R-24/S/10. It's just a regular office at Vijay Vartak's house. We do development work here in Vasai. It's busy around here, especially with the way things are growing in Thane. Our day-to-day usually involves looking at plans or heading out to sites nearby. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge office in the city center. This is where we work. People sometimes drop by to ask about plots or what we are building next. It gets a bit noisy sometimes but that is just part of being in this line of work. We try to keep things organized but you know how it is with paperwork and site visits. We have a small team. Everyone knows everyone. Vasai is home for us, so we handle projects around this area mainly. If you’re looking for House No. 1, it’s not hard to find if you know the pole number. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Some days are slow, others we are running around all afternoon. It’s honest work and we just get on with it. Not much more to say really. We just build things and try to do it right the first time around here. The rain gets pretty heavy in Thane during monsoon, so that slows things down on the sites, but we manage. We’ve been part of the local scene for some time now.
