AWR INDUSTRIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

AWR Industries is a one-person company, so it is a pretty small operation. The office is actually based out of Flat 605 in Wing A of Hill Grange, which is inside Hiranandani Estate in Patlipada. Since it is a residential area, it is much quieter than a typical commercial hub. I run things from here, mostly focusing on industrial work and whatever projects come my way. It is a bit different running a business from a flat, but it works for an OPC. Hiranandani Estate is a nice enough place to be based, very green and organized. I don’t have a big staff or a front desk. It’s just me and sometimes a few associates who help out. Most of the work involves coordinating with suppliers or checking on site progress. It’s a simple life, honestly. No corporate meetings or long presentations. I just take care of the business side of things from my desk at home. Sometimes people are surprised that an industry-focused company is in a residential wing, but in this day and age, it doesn't matter much where the desk is as long as the work gets done. I keep the files organized and make sure the projects stay on track. It is a very direct way of doing business without any extra layers of management. I just focus on the industry stuff and try to keep things moving forward every day without any big fuss or unnecessary stress.
