Our office is located at Plot number 13 in Sector 19A of Vashi, over in the Thane district. We’ve been running AVYU BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED from this spot for a while now. Vashi is a busy area, and being in Sector 19A puts us right in the middle of a lot of other local businesses. Our workspace isn't anything special to look at, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet with our small team. We spend most of our days dealing with the nuts and bolts of the building industry. It involves a lot of coordinating with suppliers and checking on site progress. We don't use any big words or marketing fluff. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have a long commute, which is nice. We focus on the daily tasks that keep our construction projects moving forward. Some days are stressful when materials don't show up on time, but we just deal with it and move on. We’ve built a decent name for ourselves just by being consistent. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see a lot of coffee mugs and stacks of paper. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We just try to do a good job and keep things simple. That’s how we’ve always operated.
