We are based out of Agrawal House, which is house number 678/B right there at Pandit Naka. Shahapur is a bit away from the main Thane bustle, but it’s where we operate from. It’s a real house that we use for Avmit Homes, so it doesn't feel like those cold glass offices in the city. Mostly, we sit here and talk about building projects and look at maps of the local area. It gets a bit dusty with the traffic from the Naka outside, but we like being right in the middle of things where people can find us. The address is 421601, and we've been in this spot for a bit. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and meeting with folks who stop by to ask about housing. Sometimes the tea guy from down the street comes by, and that’s when we take a break. It's a practical setup, nothing too fancy, just enough space for our desks and a few chairs for visitors. We try to keep things organized, but there's always a lot of papers around because there's so much to track with the local developments. Working in Shahapur has its own rhythm, and being at Agrawal House feels right for the kind of work we do. It’s straightforward, honest work, and we’re just local people trying to make a living in the housing sector without making too much of a fuss about it. We just focus on the day-to-day and getting things finished.
