Our office for Avishkar Buildcare Solutions Private Limited is in Flat No 14 of the B Wing in the Stadium View CHS. We are right by the Mahagiri Market in Thane West. It’s a convenient spot because we can just walk down to get whatever we need. Being in a residential building means the office feels a bit more like a home than a corporate space. We have a view of the stadium area, which is where the building gets its name. Inside, it’s mostly shelves full of building supplies, sealants, and various tools we use for buildcare. It’s a bit of a tight fit sometimes when we have a few people in there at once. The 400601 area of Thane is always buzzing with activity. We spend most of our mornings planning out which sites we need to visit and what repairs need doing. There’s usually a bit of dust on the desks from the samples we keep. We aren't big on fancy meetings; we usually just talk over what needs to be done while standing in the kitchen area of the flat. The Mahagiri Market is right outside, so it’s always lively. We’ve been working out of this flat for a good while. It works for us because we are close to our clients in Thane. We just handle the buildcare work as it comes in, trying to keep everything on track. It’s a simple setup for a practical job.
