AVANS BUILDTECH LLP

Avans Buildtech is based out of a flat in Katrap, Ambarnath. We are in Building Number 8 of the Hazel Mohan Highlands complex, up on the seventh floor. It’s a bit away from the main hustle of Thane, which we actually prefer. Working from a residential building like this helps us stay focused on the technical side of buildtech. We are a small LLP, so there are just a few of us handling the projects. Most of our work involves the planning and engineering aspects of construction. Ambarnath is a place that is developing fast, and we wanted to be right here while it happens. Our office is pretty casual. We have our computers and some space for drawings, but it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We spend a lot of time discussing how to make building processes more efficient. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group trying to do things the right way. Sometimes the lifts in the building are slow, and the commute can be a bit of a pain, but we make it work. We deal with various contractors and site managers daily. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the math adds up. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just do our work and let the results speak for themselves. It’s about being practical and getting the technical details right every time.
