AV&T Hospitality Solutions Pvt.Ltd. is tucked away inside Shanti Shopping Centre on Mira Road. We are in unit D-328. It’s a typical busy shopping center vibe here, so there is always something going on downstairs. We handle a lot of things related to the hospitality business from this small office. It gets a bit cramped with all the catalogs and equipment samples we keep around, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails. Mira Road is a fast place, and we try to keep up with that pace every day. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building. Most people who come to see us are looking for practical help with their hotels or kitchens. We just sit here at our desks and try to find what they need. Sometimes the lift in the shopping centre is slow, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. It’s a very local feel here. We know the other shop owners in Shanti Shopping Centre and usually grab a quick lunch from one of the nearby spots. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure people get their stuff on time. It is a lot of back-and-forth work, but we like the routine of it all here on Mira Road.
