Our office at Aurus Homes Limited Liability Partnershi P is up in Sector 15 of CBD Belapur. We are in Office No. B 0904 on Plot No. 89. It is quite high up in the building, so we spend a bit of time waiting for the lifts every morning. The office is a basic setup with some desks, chairs, and a small area for files. CBD Belapur is a big hub for businesses, so there is always a lot of movement in the corridors and the parking lot. We mostly handle the residential projects from this desk. It’s a quiet enough space once you get inside and shut the door. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few old photos of finished jobs. The routine is pretty much the same every day. We get in, check the messages, and start going through the legal paperwork that comes with being an LLP. The view from the window shows a lot of other office buildings and the local traffic. It’s a practical location for us because it’s easy for people to find once they are in the sector. We don't try to be something we aren't; we are just a small team working out of a standard office space in a busy part of town. It gets the job done for us. There is always a lot of tea and coffee going around while we work.
