Athang Dreamz Llp is based out of Kalyan West. You can find us at Flat No 201, B Wing, H No 6/1 in the Vrindavanpalms building. It’s tucked away in Arti Nagari, Gandhare. It’s more of a residential area than a commercial hub, which we actually like because it’s a bit quieter. Working out of a flat gives the whole thing a different feel than a glass office building. We’ve got our setup in the main room and spend most of our mornings making calls and checking on various local listings. Kalyan West is a big place, so we’re often out and about visiting different properties. The Gandhare area is developing fast, so there’s always something new happening nearby. We aren’t a huge corporation with a call center. It’s just a few of us here. If the doorbell rings, it’s usually a neighbor or someone looking for a bit of advice on a local property. We keep a lot of our records in physical folders because it’s just easier for us to flip through them when we’re talking to someone. The traffic near Vrindavanpalms can be a bit much during school hours, but otherwise, it’s a decent place to work. We just take things as they come, handling one client or one site at a time. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it works for us.
