Our place is located in the Balaji Industrial Park out in Taloja. If you know the area, it is right around L.S.No 119/2 and 3, Gala No 0-07. It's a bit of a trek for some, but for us, being in Raigarh makes sense because that is where the land is open for building. The office is right there in the middle of all the industrial activity. It gets quite noisy during the day with all the trucks moving in and out, but we like the energy. We have been handling construction stuff here for a while now. It isn't a desk job for most of us. Most of the guys are out on the dirt, making sure the foundations are right. We don't have a big corporate lobby or fancy coffee machines. It is just desks, maps, and a lot of site plans spread out everywhere. People in Taloja know where to find us if they need something built. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the plans and see what is possible with the budget we have. It is tough work, especially when the sun is beating down on the site, but it is what we know. Being based in Maharashtra gives us plenty of opportunities. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and cement until the job is finished and the site is cleared up.
