On a normal day, we’re either responding to emails or checking on a site out in the field. It can be tiring with the commute and the heat, but we enjoy the process of seeing something go from a drawing to a real structure. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do work that we can be okay with at the end of the day. It’s a quiet office most of the time, except when we’re debating a design or fixing a plan. It works for us and keeps us moving forward.
