Ashank Land & Building Private Limited

Our office is in Thane, specifically in Anant Laxmi Chamber on Gokhale Road. We are in Unit 303, which is right in the heart of Shivaji Nagar. It is a very busy area, especially during the rush hours when everyone is heading to or from the station. Ashank Land & Building is basically where we manage our various property interests and construction plans. The office is a simple room with a few desks and a lot of cabinets for all the land records we have to keep. We don't have any big corporate logos on the walls; it’s just a place to get work done. Most of the day involves meeting with contractors or people looking at land parcels. There’s always a lot of paperwork when you deal with buildings in Thane, so we spend a significant amount of time just making sure every form is filled out correctly. It’s a lot of mundane work like checking site measurements and arguing with suppliers about the price of steel. We don't try to dress it up as anything fancy. We are just a local team that knows the Thane market and how to get things built without too much drama. We stay busy with the daily tasks and try to make sure each project moves along as it should.
