A.S.Buildshub LLP is based in Nerul, specifically in Sector 50E. Our office is in Flat No 1001 on Plot No 69. Being on the tenth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street, but it is still a very busy area in Thane. We are a small team that focuses on the building and construction hub business. We are not a big corporate entity; it is just a few of us who know the industry and like working for ourselves. Our office is usually filled with samples of materials and stacks of paperwork from the various sites we are managing. Nerul is a good place for a business like ours because there is always something being repaired or built nearby. We spend our days talking to contractors and making sure the supplies are arriving when they should. It is a lot of coordination and phone calls. We don't have a marketing department or any polished brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects around Navi Mumbai. Building things is never as easy as it looks on paper, and we often have to deal with delays or issues with the weather. We just try to be straightforward with people and get the job finished. It is a practical business, and we like the fact that we can see the results of our work in the local skyline.
